Presto Presto in Recklinghausen

We ordered from Presto Presto twice and we were disappointed both times. The first time the food came 2 hours late, when it arrived it was already freezing. The second time we received the wrong order. As a result, we have neither received our correct order nor received a refund. The contact on the phone was very unfriendly and in no way customer-friendly. We will not order there again.

We ordered twice there. Food was delivered much too late twice, the first time the driver even drove to the wrong city .. Reading the order is not their forte. Today with the 2 order the food was cold, something wrong was delivered. We called there and they don't know customer service there. Didn't want to remake the real food or refund what we had paid for via PayPal. The food was okay, but for us it was a mess.

The food is delicious and it came much earlier than advertised, but I ordered a Ben & Jerrys ice cream for 7.90 and they forgot. I still had to pay for the ice cream, which I don't think is okay.

I've been waiting for my meal for almost 2 hours now. I ordered via Lieferando and was told 1 hour delivery time after an hour and 15 minutes, then a second message came again 30 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago and still no food here. After dinner I'll revise the post again. The delivery gets 1 star from me. If the food is great there are a few more stars, but I know for myself that I will not order from you again. -Edit- The driver didn't want to apologize, he preferred to look for excuses, he would be alone in the shop and will only be supported in the evening. Calling on the idea and saying sry we simply forgot about you, we will make it up to you, we get a large bottle of coke with us and we hurry so that you can get your food now, nobody came to the store. Really very bad service, a driver who instead of apologizing starts looking for excuses and now I have something to say about the meal. The food itself was 0815 stalls food. Not particularly tasty, not particularly bad. It is noticeable that the pizza dough is something like rubber and the portions are another bad joke. I have now eaten two complete dishes of currywurst with croquettes and a large pizza and am still hungry. I'll have a big sip of water now and I'll probably be full too. I won't spend any more money here. I don't understand how such a shop can hold up and how you as an owner can run a shop like this.

Staff friendly. Food tastes great no matter what you take, whether doner or pizza or salad or pasta. Price-performance ratio is also great and fast delivery is always guaranteed

We ordered for years and were very satisfied. Until last Friday. Instead of ordering by phone, we went straight there. We wanted to park in front of Presto and also clearly showed (indicators) that we want to park. Despite the clear sign, the Presto employee almost drove us into the car. The employee squeezed into the gap during our parking. The employee then became abusive and almost palpable. Among other things he said that would be the parking lot of the delivery service. It is a public parking lot. The boss was unable to reassure his employee, and an apology was out of the question. We will order elsewhere in the future.

Specified delivery time 40 min. Now almost 2 hours after ordering there is still no food. This is a bottomless cheek. How do you need 2 hours for a couple of kebabs. I'm curious when they will arrive here and whether the food will be freezing. Bottomless insolence

Very good pizzas and pasta. We are very convinced of the two meals.

The pizza itself is okay, but unfortunately the kebab plate is not. The fries are mushy and cold just like the indefinable meat. The specified delivery time was 45 minutes after 1 1/2 hours the food finally came, but unfortunately cold. Ordered there for the first and last time. There are much better and more reliable restaurants there.

Salad, pizza & kebab very tasty. Priced absolutely in order, nice service .... absolutely recommendable

For years, our firm pizza maker. Orders always pretty fast. Nice people in the service and above all always hot. Taste the best store far and wide.

Delicious food and great prices. Unfortunately not at all Presto. Here phone orders are definitely preferred.
